For our May event the excellent Jamie Barton to talk about he will be talking about ‘The State of GraphQL in 2018’

In the first part of this talk, Jamie will introduce GraphQL and a few core pieces around the typical GraphQL stack. We’ll also explore the common use case for GraphQL and why every almost every hipster developer is talking or at least heard about it.

In the second half, Jamie will introduce ways you can begin to use GraphQL today. We’ll explore tooling, boilerplates, support communities, as well as shining examples of GraphQL repos and those contributors driving the specification forward.

Jamie is a Developer Evangelist at Moltin, a headless commerce API born in the North East. He enjoys talking, writing, recording videos and building applications with modern web development architecture.
